• Public Opening Hours – Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 05:00 pm.
• All consular services will be provided strictly on an appointment basis.
• Telephone Inquiries - Monday - Friday from 3:00 pm to 05:00 pm.
• All original documents must be submitted along with photocopies.
• The Embassy will not take any responsibility for documents lost/damaged in the post.
• Fees - ONLY CASH at the Consular Counter. In the event of an applicant’s inability to comply with the requirements as stipulated, applicants are advised that no refund of the fees will be considered

New Consular Hours

With effect from Monday, 3rd July 2017, the Consular Section will function according to the following hours:

Acceptance of documents - 9.15am to 01.00pm, 02.00pm to 04.00pm

• Passport endorsement requests
• Emergency passport applications
• Birth Certificate/ Citizenship Certificate applications
• Visa requests (Tourist, Business, Entry)
• Request for Police Reports
• Documents for attestation
• Documents for translation
• Documents for marriages
