Applications for Police Clearance for migration purposes should be forwarded as per the specimen attached, together with the following documents:

• Photocopies of the data page
• Visa endorsement and alteration pages of the applicant’s passport.
• Application processing fee of JPY 1700 per application. Fees should be paid by cash only.

How to Submit the Application

You can submit the application to the Consular Division of the Embassy by post or by hand. The Consular Division is open from Monday to Friday (Acceptance and issuance of documents between 09:15 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 16:00). Please note that if the return of the documents is desired by mail a stamped self-addressed envelope should be submitted along with the aforementioned documents. The address is as follows,
